Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not suitable for a family, and on arrival, only 3 beds were available. The rooms were cold and poorly insulated, leading to a wet carpet on the first night. However, the service by the Night Manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to address issues. The location was convenient for our needs, close to major roads. The dining experience was great with a wide range of options available.
I was a bit let down during our stay as we were hoping for a cozy room but ended up trying to warm up in the steam room and sauna. Overall, a mixed experience for a weekend birthday treat for my mum and step dad.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strong smell of stale smoke and were close to noisy areas like the function venue, but the service was top-notch. The location was a bit tricky to find in the dark, and the dining experience left much to be desired. The facilities were decent overall.
